History
Master Spas was established in February 1996, under the leadership of Bob Lauter & Terry Valmassoi. Initially purchasing the assets of the spa division from Fort Wayne Pools, Master Spas began business by selling portable spas to Mass Merchant customers. By August 1996, Master Spas introduced a new high-end line of portable spas named the Master Spas Legend Series to sell through a dealer network.
We have continually grown to be known as a world leader in the spa industry, with a reputation of quality products, innovation, and superior customer service.
Master Spas is proud to say that we have kept all of our manufacturing in the United States, right here in Fort Wayne. We are the largest manufacturer of hot tubs built in the US and the largest manufacturer of swim spas in the world. Our management team has over 200 years of spa manufacturing success, and one of the strongest track records in the industry.
