The teams working beneath the spa are responsible for cutting all required openings according to each model’s specifications. Using templates, drills, mold markings, routers, and various sizes of hole saws, they prepare each spa for the next stage of the process.

The team uses pneumatic equipment to drill holes in each spa according to detailed specifications, ensuring the correct placement and sizing for every opening. Overall, their work prepares the shell for the installation of jets and other components.
