Celebrating Clinton Hood: From Senior Supervisor to Production Line Manager

At Master Spas, we take pride in growing our leaders from within. Today, we are thrilled to announce that Clinton Hood has been promoted to Production Line Manager.

Clinton began his Master Spas career in June 2017 as a Production Operator. His strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work seamlessly with others quickly set him apart. In June 2018, Clinton earned his first promotion to Production Supervisor, where he took on the responsibility of leading his department in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

By January 2021, Clinton had advanced to Senior Supervisor, overseeing multiple teams and ensuring that our high standards were met every day. His ability to coach, motivate, and maintain excellence across the board made him a vital leader in production operations.

Now, as Production Line Manager, Clinton will oversee the full production line, mentor supervisors, coordinate with HR and Quality Control, and ensure that every spa is built to the highest standards. His deep knowledge of production processes, combined with his leadership skills, will help drive our continued growth and success.

Clinton’s journey is a testament to dedication, continuous learning, and stepping up to new challenges. From starting on the production floor to leading the entire line, he has consistently shown what it means to “own it” and “be exceptional.” We know he will continue to inspire his team and help Master Spas deliver the best spas and swim spas in the industry.
