Celebrating Erika Garcia: From Senior Supervisor to Production Line Manager

At Master Spas, we believe in promoting from within, recognizing talent, and rewarding dedication. Today, we are proud to announce that Erika Garcia has been promoted to Production Line Manager.

Erika’s journey with Master Spas began in March of 2019, when she joined as a Production Operator. From day one, Erika brought determination, teamwork, and a willingness to learn every aspect of the production process. Her strong work ethic quickly propelled her to Production Lead in January 2020, where she became a vital coach and trainer for her department.

In September 2020, Erika stepped into the role of Production Supervisor, leading her team with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Two years later, she advanced to Senior Supervisor, where she oversaw multiple teams and ensured that high standards were consistently met.

Now, as a Production Line Manager, Erika will oversee the entire production line, mentor supervisors, and work closely with HR and QC to ensure our spas are built to the highest standards. This role is a testament to her leadership, industry knowledge, and commitment to excellence.

Erika’s career is a perfect example of what’s possible through hard work, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement. She has grown from hands-on production work to leading entire teams, all while embodying Master Spas’ core values: doing the right thing, focusing on the customer, being exceptional, owning it, and having fun. We know Erika will continue to raise the bar and inspire those around her.
