Congratulations to Chet Skiles on His Promotion to Quality Control Manager!

We are excited to announce the promotion of Chet Skiles to Quality Control Manager!

Chet's journey at MasterSpas has been defined by a commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and supporting our manufacturing teams. As a Quality Engineer, he played an instrumental role in improving production processes, conducting process audits, developing work instructions, implementing error-proofing methods, and partnering with both Quality and Engineering to drive operational improvements.

In his new role, Chet will lead our Quality Assurance department, overseeing the systems and processes that help ensure every spa leaving our facilities meets the high standards our customers expect. His responsibilities will include leading and developing the Quality team, partnering with production to resolve quality concerns, leveraging Lean manufacturing principles, analyzing quality data, and driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

This promotion reflects Chet's technical expertise, leadership potential, and dedication to delivering exceptional products. His ability to solve problems, collaborate across departments, and focus on long-term improvements has earned the trust and respect of those around him.
