Celebrating Denae McKim: From Production Operator to Production Supervisor

At Master Spas, we believe in recognizing hard work, dedication, and leadership. Today, we’re proud to celebrate the promotion of Denae McKim to Production Supervisor, effective July 28, 2025.

Denae’s journey with us began in September of 2020, when she joined the team as a Production Operator. In that role, she demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and a willingness to learn every aspect of spa production—from vacuum forming and lamination to jetting, plumbing, and final assembly. Her dependability and ability to work seamlessly with others made her a standout team member from the start.

Her dedication and leadership potential soon led to her promotion to Production Lead in February of 2023. In this position, Denae became a trusted coach, trainer, and advocate for her team—always looking for ways to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

Now, as a Production Supervisor, Denae steps into a role that calls for strong decision-making, problem-solving, and team motivation. She will oversee department safety, quality, and efficiency, ensuring our team continues to meet the highest standards in spa manufacturing.

Denae’s career is a shining example of what’s possible when talent meets determination. From her first day on the production floor to leading a department, she has embodied our core values—doing the right thing, focusing on the customer, being exceptional, owning her role, and having fun along the way. We know she will continue to inspire her team and help Master Spas deliver the best spas and swim spas in the industry.
